What happens if my order arrives damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping packaging to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged item(s). We reserve the right to obtain proof of the damaged item(s).

What is the shelf life of CBD?
The standard shelf life for CBD products is 2 years based on proper storage. We recommend keeping your CBD oil in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight. While refrigeration is not required, it may help extend product life. After the 2 year mark, the CBD in your products will lose potency but remain safe.

We will automatically ship your preferred CBD product each month. You will be charged automatically using the card that is on file.
Can I cancel my subscription order?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, you must cancel you subscription at least 48hrs before your next subscription order is processed. You will not be refunded for subscriptions that are already processed.
